Our admissions process explained in 5 steps
Those who enjoy learning, who want to acquire a solid general education and who are not afraid to meet intellectual requirements are best kept at Mentora Gymnasium. Today we are explaining to you the admissions process at Mentora Gymnasium in 5 steps!
Admissions process
- Register your child online via our website - https://www.mentora-gymnasium.de/en/registration-form/
- We send you our application forms once we have received your registration.
- We are reviewing the documents we have received for your child.
- For grade 7:
- Grade 6 semester report.
- Registration form and support outlook.
- Completed Mentora application form.
- For grade 11:
- Grade 10 semester report with the final prognosis.
- MSA report to be submitted when issued.
- Proof of a second foreign language. The second foreign language (Spanish or French) must be taken until the end of the second semester (the "qualification phase") if it was started in year 8 or year 9.
- Completed Mentora application form.
- For grade 7:
- If your child is eligible to transition to a "Gymnasium", we invite you and your child to our school for a personal conversation with our admissions team. This is a chance for you to meet one another, take a tour of the campus, select a course, and get answers to any questions you may have.
- Lastly, you will receive an email confirming your child's enrollment in Mentora Gymnasium.
Important dates
- The registration period for transition to grade 7 and grade 11 is from January 27th to June 30th, 2023.
